We are looking forward to a fantastic match-up tomorrow against the Southglenn Gators! Read carefully for everything you need to know for tomorrow:

Location Details:

Address: 1489 E. Easter Ave, Centennial CO 80122. The easiest access is to head west from University on Easter (this is the street immediately south of the Streets of Southglenn Mall).

Crocs Team Set Up Area: Visiting team families can set up in the grassy area opposite of the starting blocks, and along the fence line/grass alley. Signs will be posted for Visitor and Home set up. Please stay out of the fenced off area (previously the tennis courts).

Parking: If the parking lot is full, additional street parking is available along Easter Ave, in the neighborhood and the empty Twain Elementary School parking lot nearby. Please walk from Twain to SGCC using the neighborhood streets (do not walk through the golf course.)

Important Off-limits areas: Golf course, Member Clubhouse, diving well, & baby pool.
The golf course is fully operational during the meet, and it is imperative that no spectators or swimmers walk across the golf course for their own safety and to avoid distractions for golfers that could potentially prohibit the Southglenn Gators from being able to continue to host swim meets. Thank you for being respectful and kind guests at the SGCC!

Time Details & Volunteer Info:

Crocs Warm-up Time: 7:25am-7:50am
-Arrive no later than 7:15 to be ready to be in the water by 7:25am

Volunteers for both 1st and 2nd shift check in no later than 7:30am

Meet Start: 8:00am

Volunteer shift change will occur between events 48 & 49 *the switch between backstroke and breaststroke*

If you did not get a volunteer role during the pre-meet sign up, you must still check in at volunteer check-in in the event a role needs to be filled.

Heating:

Heating is located under a large tent on the northwest corner of the pool area.
A blue & red numerical flip sign is used for 1st & last call indicators.

Timing:

The Time Drops Live! app will be available for the meet.
QR codes will be posted throughout the venue to access the meet information

Concessions:

The Gator’s Grub includes coffee, breakfast burritos, hot dogs, and various food/snack/soda/Gatorade items.
Payment methods: cash, card, and digital (Apple pay & android/samsung pay)

Relays: if your swimmer is in a relay but will not be able to stay for the event, please notify a coach immediately, as this impacts 3 other swimmers!
