Here is everything you need to know for the fun-filled next few weeks! Don't you worry, though, you'll still enjoy a few more emails from us along the way!

Important Prelim Info:

Prelim Meet Date for Ages 9-10 and 11-12: Tuesday 7/8 @ Wildcat Ridge

Prelim Meet Date for Ages 6&U, 8&U, 13-14, 15-18: Wednesday July 9 @ HOME

Prelim Registration is OPEN

Prelim Registration CLOSES on MONDAY 6/30 at 11:59pm SHARP

Volunteer Policy: Your swimmer participates = you volunteer a shift. If shifts are full, check in with the volunteer table for an assignment. Volunteer signup closes on 6/30. Unfilled roles will be assigned.

Important Information About Post-Season Swimming:

What are Prelims:

• Top 16 finishers in each race qualify for Championships
• Finishers #17 & 18 are alternates for Championships. If a swimmer in the top 16 cannot participate in Championships, alternates will be notified that they are in.
• You may register for up to 3 individual events per swimmer
• No relays will be raced at the Prelim meets (they will at Championships, however)
• The races you register for at Prelims are the only races you have the opportunity to qualify to swim at Championships (ie: you can't register for different events for Championships - you must qualify at prelims in order to swim that event in Championships)
• All swimmers are encouraged to participate! Even if a swimmer does not qualify, it is another great opportunity to compete, to see their hard work pay off, and we can use swimmers for Championship relays even if they don't qualify for individual Championship events
• Swimmers may still reach All Star qualifying times at Prelims and Championships
• Prelims and Championships include all 5 teams from our division
• Meet times are typically similar to dual meet times, though often we do end earlier as there are no relays. Duration of the meet depends on the number of entries.

Championship Meet is scheduled for 7/12/25

Practice Schedules:

• There is no practice on Thursday 7/3 or Friday 7/4 for the 4th of July holiday
• There is no practice on Tuesday 7/8 or Wednesday 7/9 (prelim meet dates)
• Practice is open all other weekdays as usual through Friday 7/11 for all swimmers, regardless of if they are racing Prelims/Championships or not

Social Events:

• Friday, July 11: Sweet Treat Social and Car Decorating
  • 5:00-7:00pm, HOA2 Pavilion
• Thursday, July 17: End of Season PIRATE'S COVE PARTY
  • 5:45pm-8:00pm, Pirate's Cove, an exclusive Crocs-families-only night that you won't want to miss!

All Stars:

If your swimmer has qualified, or does qualify at Prelims or Championships:

• You will begin to get information via email in the next few days/week specific to that meet
• All Star only practice will take place the week of July 14 at 7:00am only
• All Star meet is scheduled on Saturday 7/18 at Butterfield
• Volunteer requirements are the same as regular season
