Below is everything you need to know for the Wednesday 7/9/25 Prelim meet! Please read all info carefully!

Meet Host: Home in Castle Crocs Country!

Age Groups for the Wednesday Prelim: 6&U, 8&U, 13-14, 15-18

Warm Ups: 6:40-7:00am

Crocs Set Up: Grassy area near the pavilion. There is no set-up allowed inside the fenced pool deck area or in the baby pool area. 

Volunteering:

• Check in table will be at the entrance of the pool. All families, regardless of having a pre-selected job or not, must check in
• Volunteer meetings should begin at roughly 7:00am. The DJ will make an announcement.
• Shift change will occur after event 45

Meet Program: See Attached. We recommend printing your own as limited programs will be available on-site.

*Please note: because age groups 9-10 and 11-12 are swimming on a different date, those events will be skipped. Pay close attention to the heating call numbers!* 

Concessions:

• Breakfast burritos, pizza, hot dogs, nachos, drinks, and snacks all available for purchase
• Cash and Venmo are options for payment

Facility Notes:

• Clubhouse is off limits
• Baby pool is off limits
• Do not set up inside the pool deck fences

Qualifying for Championships:

• The top 16 times in each race will qualify for Championships (Saturday 7/12 at Piney Creek)
• Swimmers 17 & 18 will be alternates
• If a qualifier cannot swim at Championships, an alternate will be notified that they are "in" for Championships
• If your swimmer qualifies but cannot swim Championships, please alert us promptly
• There are no relays at Prelims, but there will be relay teams for Championships
