Action Required: 2026 All Star Meet Information
Hi Crocs Families,
Congratulations to our NEW 2026 All Star Qualifiers! We are incredibly proud of your swimmer and all of the hard work they have put in throughout the season. Qualifying for All Stars is an outstanding accomplishment, and we can't wait to cheer on our Crocs at the final meet of the summer!

Meet Information
Date: Saturday, July 18
Location: Piney Creek
All Star Qualifiers
A complete list of the 2026 All Star Qualifiers is attached.
Each swimmer may compete in up to three individual events and may only enter events for which they have qualified.
Registration
The All Stars Meet has been added to SwimTopia and is now OPEN under the Upcoming Events section.
Please log in as soon as possible to register your swimmer.
- Registration closes TODAY at 6:00 PM.
- Each swimmer may enter a maximum of three events.
- If your swimmer qualified for more than three events, you must select which three events they will swim.
- If your swimmer will not be attending, please be sure to mark them as "Not Attending This Meet."
Registration Fee
The registration fee is $10 per swimmer, which includes:
- Meet entry (up to three qualified events)
- Official 2026 All Stars t-shirt
The payment link can be found on the home page of our website under 2026 All Star Fee.
If your swimmer will not be competing but would still like to purchase an official All Stars t-shirt, simply complete the t-shirt Google Form (below) and submit the $10 t-shirt fee.

All Stars Practice
Monday, July 13 – Friday, July 17 from 7:00am-8:00am.
Please note this will be an All Star qualifiers only practice.
Meet Day Information
During All Stars there will be no relays. Additional meet day details, including arrival times, warm-ups, and other important information, will be sent out next week.
Volunteering
Volunteer responsibilities will be assigned by the board based on when your swimmer is competing rather than through a volunteer sign-up. The meet is divided into shorter shifts, allowing us to spread the workload fairly while keeping volunteer commitments as brief as possible.
Congratulations again to each of our All Star qualifiers! We are so proud of everything these swimmers have accomplished this season and are excited to see the Castle Crocs so well represented at this fast, fun, and exciting All Star meet.
Thank you to all of our swimmers, families, coaches, and volunteers for making this such an incredible season. We look forward to celebrating one final time together and cheering on our Crocs next Saturday!
